                                                WORKING WITH JOY

The work is losing its meaning for many people.

An unfortunate, since work is a very effective way of learning to find deep satisfaction in life in general. Work can be a source of growth as well as an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and to develop healthy and positive relationships. The work leads us to exploit our potential, to be open to the infinite range of experiences.

As human beings, we look naturally be satisfied and feel fulfilled. The work provides the opportunity to obtain this satisfaction that enables us to develop the qualities that characterize our nature.

I read with great interest the book "Good morning, sloth," the economist and psychoanalyst Corinne Maier, and although I agree that the motivation exists in many companies and that much of the responsibility is on them, which would never suggest or advise any worker as "survival strategy at work" is to be individualistic and ineffective and perform as little as possible in your company.

Quite the opposite is what I stand for and promotion as a professional organizational environment and human relations in the company.

Let's be proactive and foremost effective in any situation we consider unfair and detrimental to our business interests.

Foster apathy, strengthen, from my perspective, those companies that do not walk towards business excellence, where speculative exceeds the quality management.

I started the article talking about how important it is for any human being the act of working, so we must not resign or demoralize us in situations that we can all improve. Apathy abounds in companies and also maintain the status quo, we must break the inertia that is so damaging to many workers and businesses, we are proactive and show, working well, our intention is to improve our professional performance and thereby business performance. Before the job done all hats off and recognize the sacrifice behind it.

It is true that many people, a few years of starting their working adventure and observe that different companies have not been valued their job and they have also dispensed with his services, decided to jump on the bandwagon of the well and have a passive attitude.

If everyone in our workplace, we propose and suggest ideas and actions to improve our work environment improve something, which does not happen with the conformist critical that companies exploit. I've met many workers who criticized your company and when they created their own criticized the unions and the government, be proactive and propose improvements for all to surrender and build a prosperous society concerned.
