THE STRATEGIST MIMETIC (Character toxic 2)

Do not you see? Next to him, smiling, cheerful. All is well! It is the man or woman invisible organization is everywhere, aware of everything that's going on in the back room organization, but we do not see with our eyes, we must put all five senses to perceive and be aware that we are at the "invisible strategist".

When they say yes, say "yes" and when to say no, says "no", always say what others want to hear. Friendly, sympathetic, serving personal interest, and those who hide, as if playing hide and seek, is involved.

How difficult is to make visible the invisible! He knows everything and nothing is implied.
Do not think that the guild is small; abound, unfortunately, in organizations. They are responsible for generating institutions "ghost", full of shadows, hidden behind the mask of sustainability management.

His strategy is social camouflage, before leaving home gets the monkey suit or "invisible". It predisposes to acting under the motto "do not see or notice." They come to the workplace with enthusiasm a joy, and goodness (strategically), which generates admiration and appreciation from peers. Nobody bothers the rest of the workday, up until his smile and enthusiasm (artificial).

The first step that must be taken to improve any situation, in the present case, to improve organizational performance, is to diagnose problems, and make them visible logically to design an action plan aimed at optimizing the organization at all aspects.

Being proactive, and committed to our work with our partners and with the organization should act as "ghost detectors", visible to those who harm us both in our work and cause serious damage to the proper functioning of the organization.

I'll give you some suggestions to make it more easy to detect a mimetic. No need to buy a can of paint and a brush, or similar tools, only to get them out of their comfort zone is enough to make him nervous and change his cheerful mask, a mask natural and palpable. Neither artificial lights are needed, on the contrary, become transparent with natural light provides open communication and a commitment to organizational improvement. The more natural and commitment, more emerge their personal and professional artificiality.
